We build from the ground up

Ishan Infrastructure builds homes, apartment buildings and mixed-use developments, and stays with a building from its footings to its finished rooms.

About Ishan Infrastructure

Ishan Infrastructure works across the full life of a building. On site, that means excavating and reinforcing footings, raising the reinforced concrete frame, building the masonry and openings, and finishing the elevation people see from the street.

Inside, it means the work that makes a structure liveable: tiled floors, false ceilings with lighting, kitchen platforms and bathrooms.

Our portfolio includes apartment buildings such as Ishan Tower in Noor Mahal, Bhopal, mixed-use buildings with shops below and homes above, and independent houses with a distinctive elevation.

How a building comes together

Four stages, always in this order: drawn, founded, framed, finished.

  1. Visualise

Our projects start as a full 3D elevation, so materials, lighting and proportions are agreed before anything is built.

  2. Foundations

Footings are excavated, levelled and reinforced. Meshes and column cages go in before any concrete is poured.

  3. Structure and façade

The concrete frame and masonry rise, then openings, grilles and exterior finishes bring the elevation to life.

  4. Finishing

Flooring, ceilings, lighting, kitchens and bathrooms turn the structure into rooms ready to be lived in.

The mark, in motion

A seven-second introduction to the Ishan Infrastructure brand. It plays silently; turn the sound on if you like.
